Must Haves:
Yoga Mat-the thicker the better
Comfortable clothing-not so tight that you cannot move or you feel self concious but not so loose that they get in the way. Fitted gym clothing should do the trick.
A quiet private space to practice. Any well ventilated space that can fit two people will do. If you do not have a space, contact me for other options.
Recommeded Practices:
Yoga is more comfortable if you refrain from eating at least 3 hours before practice and if you are fully hydrated prior to practice.
