Shanna Small RYT
My yoga journey started in a gym. I wanted a long and lean body like a
dancer and I heard that yoga could do this so I decided to give it a try. From
the beginning I was hooked. I felt so calm and strong when I left and like an
addict, I wanted to feel this again and again. Soon after, I went to the
library and studied every yogic text I could get my hands on. I just could not
get enough. I started to seek out and practice with esteemed yoga teachers
well known throughout the yoga community so that I could learn more and
feed my insatiable urge for yoga.
Not only did I achieve my initial goal of having a strong healthy body, I also
felt less stressed, invigorated and mentally more balanced. My purpose for
Wellness From Inside is to share this with you.
