Ashtanga is a powerful mind body yoga
practice that focuses on the breath. It is
the original Vinyasa/Power yoga class.
Ashtanga links therapeutic poses
together through the breath resulting in a
strong, flexible body and a calm
centered mind.
Private Sessions
- The instruction is centered around
you. The teacher discovers what
you personally need to work on and
they structure the whole practice
around your needs. This also
means that if you have injuries,
don't feel too hot, have loads of
energy etc the teacher can adjust
the practice to you.
- Students progress faster because
the assists and adjustments are
given to one student as apposed to
a class of 50 students.
- The student learns how to practice
on their own. .
- You can schedule the session at a
time and place that is convenient for
you
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic style of yoga
where poses are linked with breath helping
you to build strength, flexibility and a calm
centered mind.
